How much does Domeum cost?
Domeum Project Start costs CZK 99 per month per project, Domeum Project Plus CZK 299 per month per project. Prices are in Czech koruna and are billed monthly. The Business plan for larger teams and companies with several projects is priced individually on request. The current overview is on the pricing page.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, the trial runs for 30 days. You do not enter a payment card when starting the trial on your first project. If you do not add a card before the trial ends, the subscription is cancelled automatically and nothing is charged. There is nothing to cancel yourself. The trial starts when you create your first project.
Do I pay per account or per project?
You pay for each project separately. One account can hold any number of projects and every project has its own plan. A project on the Start plan can therefore run alongside a project on the Plus plan. All projects are billed under a single shared subscription.
How does payment work?
Payments are processed by the Stripe payment gateway. The subscription is charged monthly and billed in Czech koruna. Payment details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored in Domeum. The available payment methods are shown at checkout. Yearly billing is not offered yet. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You cancel the subscription yourself in the billing portal, found in your account settings. No email or phone call is needed. The same portal lets you change your plan, edit billing details or replace your payment card. The portal is operated by Stripe, which handles Domeum subscriptions. After cancelling, no further payment is taken.
Where can I find my invoices?
You download invoices in the billing portal in your account settings. The full history of subscription payments is there. The billing details the documents are issued to can be edited in the portal at any time. Invoices are issued and archived by Stripe. Invoices are in Czech koruna and reflect the plans of individual projects.
How much storage do I get for photos and documents?
The Start plan includes 1.5 GB of storage per project, the Plus plan 5 GB per project. The Business plan has unlimited storage. Once the limit is used up, CZK 15 is charged for every additional gigabyte started. Storage is counted per project, not pooled across the account.
Can I change a project's plan?
Yes, you can change any project's plan at any time, independently of your other projects. The change is made in the billing section of your account. The price difference is prorated according to the days remaining in the billing period. Switching between Start and Plus works both ways.
Are the construction calculators free?
Yes, the calculators on domeum.app are free and require no registration. They compute according to Czech standards and decrees and work independently of the construction diary. No account or subscription is needed. Many of them have a blog article explaining the calculation and its source.
